Thank you for choosing Devon Woodhill for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at our discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order at email@example.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.
Personalized items are always final sale.
All Devon Woodhill jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 7 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
Should you require a repair, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the repair.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:
We ship within the United States. For non-US and international orders (including Canada), please contact us directly at email@example.com for shipping costs.
Shipping is free within the United States via UPS, and packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
Every item (except when notated) on devonwoodhill.com is made to order and shipping can take up 6 weeks.
State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Connecticut.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
