How long does personalization take?
Personalization typically takes 2 weeks for in-stock pieces, and 6-8 weeks for pre-order. We’ll keep you informed at every stage.
Will I see my personalization before it’s made?
Yes. Every client receives a custom sketch or mock-up before production begins. We won’t begin production until you’ve reviewed and approved the design.
What is the difference between hand and laser engraving?
Hand engraving is created individually by a skilled artisan, who carves each detail directly into the gold. The result has beautiful depth, dimension, and the unmistakable character of something made by hand. Laser engraving is done by machine, creating crisp and clean lines with uniform depth and texture.
