How long does personalization take?
Personalization typically takes 2 weeks for in-stock pieces, and 6–8 weeks for pre-order. We’ll keep you informed at every stage.
Will I see my personalization before it’s made?
Yes. Every client receives a custom sketch or mockup before production begins. Nothing is finalized without your approval.
What is the difference between hand and laser engraving?
Hand engraving is an ancient personalization method. Our artisan engraves each piece by hand, creating deep and unique strokes, a complete one-of-a-kind. Laser engraving is done by machine, creating crisp and clean lines with uniform depth and texture.
