HOW ARE YOUR PIECES MADE?

Devon Woodhill pieces are made from the highest quality materials, crafted in a small, family run workspace. Each piece is designed by me and attention to detail is of the upmost importance. Our pieces are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for most styles, unless otherwise indicated.

How can I personalize a locket?

Each Devon Woodhill piece is designed for you to make it your own. How you wear it, how you feel wearing it, and the photos inside are all about you! If you wish to further customize your piece with a message, initials, monogram or whatever else you can dream of, we’d like to work to make it even more personal. What other pieces can I customize?

How do I care for my Devon Woodhill jewelry?

Our pieces can be cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, hairsprays, lotions and chemicals in general. We recommend you remove your jewelry before bathing or showering, going into a swimming pool, hot tub or salt water. To ensure the longevity of your DW piece, pieces should be stored in the jewelry pouch provided with your purchase. 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my piece?

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our jewelry.

Do you accept exchanges?

In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at our discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order at info@devonwoodhill.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Personalized items are always final sale.
